IRIS Capture Pro for Forms gaat nog verder waar de meeste andere leveranciers van Capture software ophouden. Let wel: dit is geen kant en klaar 'out of the box' pakket, uw formulieren moeten eerst door TEC goed beoordeeld worden voordat we een offerte kunnen uitgeven. De vanaf prijs geeft wel een indicatie aan. Er is erg veel mogelijk met dit pakket dat op maat moet worden afgemaakt, TEC gebruikt daarvoor de Studio. Om de gewenste informatie van de verschillende formulieren af te halen wordt gebruik gemaakt van vele technieken. IRIS Capture Pro for Forms heeft veel gemeen met IRIS Capture for Invoices, het verschilt echter onder meer door het gebruik van gerichte OCR - ICR techniek op bepaalde plekken in het document. Bij een factuur kan deze informatie overal staan met referenties als bepaalde kenwoorden en getallen. Terwijl bij statische formulieren de informatie meestal op dezelfde plek staat. (Zone OCR). De OCR en ICR engines zijn dezelfde.

IRIS Capture Pro for Forms kan enorm veel tijd beparen doordat er niet meer hoeft worden overgetypt en door de snelle verwerking die ook op meerdere stations tegelijk kan worden uitgevoerd bij bulkverwerking.

Thanks to several newly developed technologies and I.R.I.S. FlexForm™, version 5 of Formiris Pro is able to efficiently process an even wider variety of forms and documents, including flexible forms. Documents with variations in layout, data font, languages and graphical elements can now be automatically processed as a whole in the system.

IRISCapture Pro for Forms is fully integrated with the dual-stream high-speed acquisition software KODAK Capture Software via I.R.I.S. FastLink™. The images are scanned in color/greyscale and black&white, and can be validated, archived and exported in color. The application also takes full advantage of multistation high-speed scanning and advanced preprocessing features.

IRISCapture Pro for Forms reduces data entry costs by up to 90 % or more, depending on the type of data to be read. It offers a highly scalable processing capacity, allowing the reading of several hundred thousands documents per day. Formiris Pro meets unprecedented productivity rates.
